“KICKSTART”, which we set up in 2016, is Tang Hall Smart’s intensive support programme
for people who have experienced homelessness and who want to work, even if this seems
far away in the future. We offer job coaching and key working to people who have fallen through the cracks in society and need extra help, specificically those suffering from homelessness, addiction and complex needs. We also run a series of interventions alongside this programme, focusing on and to encourage expression and creativity.

We work in collaboration with Tang Hall Employment, to offer long-
term support to people to people who have experienced homelessness and who also have a
goal of getting some paid work at some point.
