Changes to our Articles of Association

For those of you who are interested in our work, and who benefits from the provisions we deliver at Tang Hall SMART, you may be interested to hear that the Board of Directors voted unanimously to add a little bit extra to the Company's objects to reflect the fact that so much of our work is now focused on education. We are continuing with our community work, our work with people who have a learning disability, and also our work with adults who are experiencing multiple disadvantages. Nothing has been taken away, just a little bit added! The Company's objects have the words 'including education' added to the paragraph below:

The objects of the company are to carry out activities, including education, which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation|) to benefit the people of Tang Hall York, as well as disadvantaged groups from the wider York area
